Candice is a Delaware native and resident Realtor, focusing on the sale of residential property and land in Delaware and Maryland. She utilizes her strong community connections to help connect buyers and sellers with properties for personal use, as well as, for investment & commercial opportunities.  Along with her enthusiasm and work ethic, Candice brings 25+ years of sales and customer service experience. Candice is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School (1999) and the University of Delaware, where in 2003 she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources.

Candice has lived throughout the state of Delaware- from North Wilmington to the beaches. She can often be found at home on her farm in Townsend, Delaware tending to her goats, chickens and ducks.  She and her family can often be found hiking, fishing, crabbing and kayaking throughout Delaware and on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
