About Candi
Over the course of her career in real estate Candi DeMoura has excelled as a result of her commitment to provide her clients with a superior standard of support and service throughout the transaction process and beyond the close of escrow. As a strategy for accomplishing this goal, Candi provides her clients with prompt communications, useful insights and valuable guidance about the local housing market.
A licensed real estate professional since 2008, Candi is known for her focus on making herself available to serve the needs of her clients, hands-on approach and talent for marketing. Guided by a sense of responsibility to her buyers and sellers, she loves helping them identify the best possible course of action to fit their individual circumstances.
To ensure her clients have the information they need to make sound choices, Candi continually researches the local real estate market and constantly works to advance her industry knowledge. She completed a comprehensive series of real-estate related coursework to earn the Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Relocation Professional, and Green designations.
Candi entered the real estate industry after graduating from the University of Massachusetts. She has never questioned her decision to become a Realtor because she loves meeting people from all walks of life and working with them on what is often one of the most important decisions they ever make.
Candi was the 2016 recipient of the Volunteering Works grant and mentoring program sponsored by REALTOR® magazine and the Good Neighbor Society. Committed to serving the community in which she lives and works, she dedicates a significant amount of time to several organizations and causes she believes in. As the founder of the Hearts to Hands Food Drive, she has spearheaded efforts over the last four years which have resulted in over 4600 hundred pounds of food being donated to needy individuals and families. She formed the Pet Awareness Committee at Coldwell which creates awareness and promotes this initiative each May during Pet Awareness month and throughout the year. In addition, she has donated her hair to Locks of Love, completed the Boston Marathon three times on behalf of the American Live Foundation, and volunteers for Rosie's Place and the Marine Corps Toys for Tots drive. She is also a member of the Junior League of San Diego.
When Candi isn't working or volunteering, she enjoys swimming, yoga, and crossfit. She is also pursuing her private pilot's license.
