About Candace
Candace has been a practicing real estate broker in San Diego County for over 30 years, after graduating from San Diego State University. Beginning her career in the 1970s, the growth in the marketplace took her well into the housing trend of the decade new subdivision sales and master-planned communities.

Candace was the project manager for Shapell Industries, Inc., and opened the first residential housing in over 100 years in the redevelopment of downtown San Diego - MARINE PARK. Marina Park was a 221 unit mid-rise condominium development in the center of a city coming alive with the renaissance of a new downtown. Working with the Center City Development Corporation (CCDC) when Horton Plaza and the Convention Center were ideas yet to become realities, Candace was involved with all aspects of a marketing for downtown.

For Shapell Industries, Candace marketed a number of other successful projects - PRESIDIO PLACE, a 402 unit development in Mission Valley - EL DORADO GREENS, a 144 unit development in Tierrasanta, and THE COURTYARDS in Mission Valley, a 340 unit development to name a few.

In 1986, Candace joined the firm of Lomas Santa Fe Development, marketing their project the SIXTH GREEN, located on the sixth green of the Lomas Santa Fe golf course.

Candace's experience spans every aspect of the marketing of residential real estate - form on site sales to advertising, merchandising, design, sales management and training, market research and feasibility studies, product planning and escrow control.
