Camille Thomas

Camille grew up a block from Jackson’s historic Town Square. Doing her share helping her parents operate the Anvil Motel and Nani’s restaurant, hosting her friends and classmates for downtown activities, and participating in rodeo kept Camille busy and happy during her junior and high school years.

Camille found the American University of Rome to be a perfect fit in exploring her heritage while developing her language, social and culinary awareness. After graduation, the Art Institute of Philadelphia and time spent living and working in NYC helped Camille attain her goal of managing a lively business and active personnel while pleasing her guests and clients as she demonstrated in the restaurant business as well as her private event planning business.
