About Bryttnie
Finding ways to add value to support my clients and exceed their expectations is at the heart of everything I do. It all begins with listening intently and working together to navigate the best path forward. Once I get started, I continuously advocate, network, and seek win-win opportunities for clients. I love walking into a home for the first time, appreciating its potential. Both people and properties have wonderful stories to tell and I take great pleasure in being part of such a special process.
My career began in the hospitality industry, instilling a profound respect for the highest level of service and optimizing the customer experience. I spent a decade working between The Ashworth by the Sea and Tuscan Brands Restaurants. Service is at the core of everything that I do and was instrumental in my transition to residential property management. In this capacity, I specialized in condominium associations and rental properties. My progression into real estate sales has been incredibly organic, combining my passion for interpersonal connection and dedication to providing the utmost level of attention. There is nothing more satisfying than working with buyers and sellers to make their vision become reality.
Born in New Hampshire and raised in Exeter, the Seacoast has been my home for over 20 years. It was a wonderful place to grow up and I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home! In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors taking in the sun on a hike or on the water, and finding balance at my yoga studio. Fuller Gardens in North Hampton is one of my hotspots from May through early October. I have been a member here for many years, and love exploring the blooming gardens with a view of the Atlantic Ocean beyond. I am co-chair of Catapult Seacoast, we create an intentional space for locals from all industries to connect, learn, and grow as professionals and individuals. Traveling and experiencing new cultures, embracing nature every step of the way is important to me as well.
