About Bruce
Bruce’s passion for real estate began in his early teens as he read the
New York Times’ Sunday real estate section from beginning to end in
search of investment opportunities. After making his first real estate
purchase at the age of 18, he went on to acquire numerous residential
and commercial properties throughout Manhattan and Long Island.
Bruce’s natural instincts and keen insight have helped him to spot
value that others can’t see.

Bruce’s natural instincts and keen insight have helped him to spot

After a long career in the restaurant industry, Bruce decided to join the
Karpowich team as the lead Real Estate Salesperson for their Hampton's
division, a perfect fit utilizing
his entrepreneurial skills, business savvy
and customer-first
philosophy. With over thirty years
of invaluable retail
experience, Bruce’s ability to go the extra mile to
help his clients feel
comfortable and confident with their decision is
one of his greatest assets.
An east end resident with his wife Melissa for over 35 years, Bruce’s
extensive knowledge of the Hamptons, especially Sag Harbor, is vast.
He takes great pride in the long-standing community relationships he
has developed and uses his extensive network to provide clients with
valuable resources and perspective. His love of the area and all that it
has to offer will help guide clients on their journey to finding their
perfect dream home.
A waterfront expert and true boating enthusiast, you can find Bruce on
his boat, aptly named “Hooked on Sag,” cruising the local waters in
search of dream properties for his clients. His knowledge of all the
surrounding waterways and their offerings are difficult to match.
