Brooke is an expert in New York City's cooperative and condominium market, with a special passion for guiding and educating first-time homebuyers. She has successfully assisted numerous clients with relocations to NYC, whether they are coming from across the country or overseas. Additionally, Brooke enjoys helping investors and pied-à-terre buyers find the perfect opportunities in the city's dynamic real estate landscape.

Born in Philadelphia and raised in Texas, Brooke found her way back to the East Coast after falling in love with New York's architecture, people, and culture. Before becoming a real estate agent, Brooke attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism and a Minor in Business. She then went on to have a successful career in influencer marketing with a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients.

Brooke developed a deep understanding and passion for real estate at a young age. Coming from generations of real estate professionals across new home construction, sales, and investing on both the East Coast and The South, she always knew that her career path would eventually lead her to real estate.

While specializing in Manhattan residential real estate sales, Brooke also has ample contacts in some of the hottest markets beyond NYC - whether you're planning to invest in a luxury vacation home in Park City, UT, or searching for a first home in Dallas, TX.

In her free time, Brooke loves exploring her neighborhood on the Upper East Side - strolling around Central Park with her rescue pug Otis, supporting local restaurants & coffee shops, and trying new hot yoga & pilates classes.
