About Brook
A Licensed Realtor for over 10 years, Brook Berry is an exceptional, award-winning broker working at the top of his field. His proudest accomplishments, Brook says, are the many glowing reviews he’s received from happy, satisfied clients who refer him to their friends and family. More than anything, Brook loves to help people achieve their dreams.
One reason clients love to work with Brook is that he’s an outstanding teacher and communicator. His previous experience as a college professor means his clients always feel well-informed and prepared. “An educated seller or buyer has a definite advantage in every real estate situation,” Brook says. “The more you know, the fewer surprises and the better the experience.”

Brook is also a skilled negotiator. With a calm hand, clear head, and years of experience, Brook always gets the best price for his clients. He also has a well-deserved reputation for being highly honest, dependable, personable, and professional in all his dealings. “It is my goal to make one of the most important transactions in a person’s life not only positive, but an exceptional experience,” Brook said recently. “I
look forward to meeting your needs and exceeding expectations whether you’re buying or selling.”
A resident of the Fremont/Wallingford area, Brook specializes in the purchase and sale of luxury homes. He loves to work with first-time home buyers (and they love to work with him!). He is a proud member of Rotary International, and a leader of Nourishing Bethesda, an aid organization that provides meals for food-insecure households, (featured on NPR). Brook is happily married to his wife Karen of nearly 35 years, with whom he shares three children and a brand new grandchild.
