Cindi is by far the finest agent...
Cindi was 1 of several realtors we interviewed about selling my mother in law's home when she decided to move to an assisted living facility. After a great deal of discussion between all the family members, Cindi was selected and everyone was thrilled with the final results. The house, in Los Altos Hills, was old, with no remodel or improvements made since it was purchased new, in the early 60's. As you can imagine, it was in serious need of work before putting it on the market. Cindi not only guided us on what were the important things to do, but also had a group of various tradesmen at her disposal who all did outstanding work at very reasonable prices. The costs were far outweighed by the increase in the final selling price. Cindi's knowledgeable professionalism and pleasant personality made what can be an agonizing experience run smoothly with minimum effort on our part.
My wife and I have been considering downsizing from our current home, and Cindi has spent untold hours working with us the last few years, as we have tried to find a smaller house, and has never made us feel pressured.
