Brittany Hittman

As the Director of Operations, Brittany takes pride in ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently on the Kelly Waters Team. She is a passionate professional who is equally passionate about her team and the clients they serve. Brittany is exceptionally detail-oriented and her operational proficiency allows Kelly and the rest of the team to do what they do best: advise clients and help them transition from one stage of life to the next. 

Prior to joining the team in 2019, Brittany worked in sales operations for a real estate consultant firm supporting new development projects in NYC. She graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese and she spent several years living and working in China, while also connecting the real estate worlds of New York and Beijing as a referral agent. 

Brittany lives in the Hudson Valley and enjoys hiking with her hound dog, playing the piano and teaching Mandarin.
