About Brittany
A native Brooklynite and a fourth-generation landlord, Brittany grew up with a passion for NYC and a deep understanding of real estate. She graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and a minor in Art History.

Brittany began her career as an operational director for a finance firm on Wall Street and then worked in operations for a boutique real estate brokerage. She later joined a Brooklyn development and management company that taught her the business from all sides.

Brittany brings over 10 years of experience working for some of New York's best developers in property, sales and asset management. During this time she executed new development condo sell-outs and lease-ups, managed regional leasing teams and property restoration projects. Since her return to the brokerage world in 2018, Brittany has focused on condo, townhouse, and multifamily sales, bringing her keen eye for value and industry savvy.

Working closely with her clients, Brittany stays on top of every aspect of a transaction to ensure the best possible outcomes for all involved. Notably, Brittany is known to do extensive research on buildings and neighborhoods of interest as well as market trends and historical data, to educate her clients and help them make smart decisions.

Brittany lives in Downtown Brooklyn. Her personal interests include architectural restoration, the arts, cooking and travel. She is also actively involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of NY and is on the executive planning committee for one of their largest fundraisers, Big Climb.
