"I partnered with Britt Procopio to tackle a very challenging listing - basically “a sell as is” house in a desirable neighborhood in Maple Leaf neighborhood North of Seattle. This house was a disaster. We had a short time frame to clean and clear out and list. Within 6 weeks from my first conversation with Britt she pulled all the necessary legal and correct information to build a plan to list. Britt was extremely efficient and her follow up was on point. She helped me with all the contacts for landscaping, junk removal, cleaning, and any other question I had. Her ability to price the house was spot on for our listing window.
