Britney Shine

Before calling New York City home, Britney Shine was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She made the move into the largest city in the country to start her journey as a boutique fitness instructor in 2015 and spent the next 8 years learning and exploring every street in Manhattan.

Growing up as a competitive gymnast, Britney’s eye for perfection, organization, and attention to the most minute details are what clients value most about Britney. Her welcoming and “stick the landing” attitude ensures that her clients are thrilled with their final results. Britney’s passion in life is helping people and doing so with an honest and positive mindset. Bringing her relationship-centered approach to real estate, she will do her absolute best to make your home buying, selling or renting experience as organized, frictionless, and enjoyable as possible. Outside of real estate, Britney enjoys practicing yoga, working out, traveling, tapping into her creative spirit of interior design and decorating, and spending time with her husband Dan!
