KIM BRIGHT: Kim, originally from Ohio, moved from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville over 6 years ago in route to establishing a successful “one-stop-shop”, offering cabinetry, design, concierge, and real estate services. Once a small cabinetry shop, the company has now grown into her dream company offering real estate and design services, cabinetry, and home concierge services. She has always had a natural ability to find unique properties and an eye for design/renovations. She works hands-on with her clients helping them not only with the real estate transactions but with all their design needs. Kim resides in Atlantic Beach with her husband and daughter.

LAURA BISHOP: Real Estate has been in Laura's family for as long as she can remember.  Her mother who was a very successful agent in Boston, taught Laura a strong business sense with an authentic passion for helping people.  After graduating from Northeastern University, she and her husband discovered the Ponte Vedra Beach area in 2005 and fell in love with the small-town community. Seeking a lower-key lifestyle near the ocean, she moved her family to move to Ponte Vedra full time.  Laura's former career in financial and software sales is an asset to her clients.   Her ability to manage real estate contracts, maximize profits and negotiate on her clients behalf while providing seamless transaction management are just a few of the reasons clients choose Laura.  

LISA VERRINO:  Lisa was born in Norfolk, Virginia while her dad was serving in the U.S. Navy. She moved to Ponte Vedra when she was two years old and has been in the area for the last 50 years.  Lisa has over 28 years of experience in the mortgage & real estate fields. She worked at Merrill Lynch for 10 years and worked as a certified paralegal in their corporate legal department assisting counsel with all forms of litigation. She also managed an office following her tenure at Merrill Lynch managing bank-owned resales for several large institutions. Lisa became a REALTOR® in 2002 and is also licensed as a Broker.    When not working, Lisa enjoys relaxing and soaking up the sun at nearby Jacksonville beaches. Her daughter is an equestrian, so she frequently went to horse shows as well! Lisa's faith is very important to her and she is very active in her church. Her son plays baseball in college.     Lisa currently lives in beautiful St. Johns County with her family.
