Since officially getting her license in May of 2020, Bri has closed over $70 million in sales. Getting her start in Los Angeles, she worked with the dominant Team Medved. Running the transaction coordination and management to eventually stepping up as a Team Agent setting sail on a non-stop selling streak.
Today, Bri has closed over 25 deals in her 4 years as an agent all over California.
Admittedly, Bri acknowledges that she may have a leg up over the average fresh agent, she’s a 3rd generation. In Los Angeles, Bri worked under her aunt, Karen Medved. Karen dominates the Hollywood Hills and Valley real estate game, and has for over 20 years.
But now….Bri moved back to her roots to join her well established mom, Janee Medved, at her Los Gatos Compass office. Bri now covers the markets of global technology hub, Silicon Valley, and the beach towns of Santa Cruz and Capitola. She works with a variety of clients from first time home buyers and executives to celebrities and athletes. She’s seen various types of deals and that’s what she loves about the industry, how it’s ever-changing and agents must be ready to adapt.
When she’s not ‘working’ you can probably find Bri at the beach with her beloved German Shepherd, Howie.
