About Brian
Brian always dreamt of a life in New York City. Ever since visiting as a young child, he was enamored by the energy, architecture, and fast-paced lifestyle. In 2016 that dream became a reality when he and his wife landed on the Upper West Side after 28 years in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Brian joins the Dawson | Varvara team with a decade of experience in supporting sales and operations strategies for leading fashion brands. His transition into the Real Estate industry is driven by his love for style, and passion for helping people curate an authentic design that is their own - whether that's a new look or a place to call home.

What sets Brian apart is his dedication and ability to understand peoples' needs, and translate that into an experience. He prides himself on building authentic relationships, and values loyalty, honest communication, and great sense of humor.

Outside of his dedication to his family and career, Brian spends lives in Tribeca with his wife and pup Khloe. He enjoys exploring all that New York has to offer (but mostly the restaurants), collecting vinyl, and ensures there's always time for exercise to drive a balanced lifestyle.
