Cathy was born and raised in North Wilmington, a graduate of Archmere Academy and has a BA in communication from the University of Delaware. Cathy has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 1997 when she began her real estate career working alongside her mother, Bonnie, where she learned the importance of details. Her goal is to give personal attention to her clients throughout every part of the real estate process and make the transaction as smooth as possible. Cathy works tirelessly to exceed expectations and provide her clients with the level of service that everyone buying or selling a home deserves.

Brian is a native to Delaware, a graduate of Salesianum and has a BA in business management from Wilmington University. Brian has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 2003. He began his real estate career in sales and worked his way to Broker of Record of the Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Greenville office overseeing over $150,000,000 in sales on an annual basis and supporting and training an office of 60+ agents. Brian has served as a director for the Delaware Association of Realtors and the New Castle County Board of Realtors. Brian's knowledge of the market and the real estate transactions make him one of the most knowledgeable and respected agents in the area.
