CORPORAL BUSTER'S EFFORTS WERE INSTRUMENTAL DURING THE COMMAND'S MARINE CORPS ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYSIS TEAM INSPECTION. HIS CONTRIBUTION IN THE ADJUTANT SECTION INCLUDED THE PROCESSING OF ALL PROMOTIONS INCLUDING ZERO COMPOSITE SCORES, REMEDIAL PROMOTIONS AND NEGATIVE RECOMMENDATIONS. HE ALSO SUPPORTED COMMAND LEGAL CASES BY REPORTING PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS AND TERMINATING LIFE INSURANCE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THESE EFFORTS CONTRIBUTED TO THE 82.27% MISSION CAPABLE UNIT SCORE GIVING THE COMMAND A 14% HIGHER SCORE THAN ALL OTHER MARINE FORCES RESERVE UNITS AVERAGED FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR AND A 22% INCREASE FROM THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION. ADDITIONALLY HE SUPPORTED THE CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN WHICH WAS COMPLETE WEEKS AHEAD OF THE REQUIRED DEADLINE. THIS VAST IMPROVEMENT WAS A DIRECT RESULT OF A PROACTIVE MINDSET, STREAMLINED PROCESSES, AND EFFECTIVE TEAM WORK. CORPORAL BUSTER'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL ABILITY, INITIATIVE AND TOTAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

My career trajectory began with the Walker County Sheriff’s Department, where I imbibed the values of service and community. My journey continued to the Marine Corps, where I polished my leadership skills, earning, accolades like the Motivation Award and Most Improved Marine, which marked my significant growth milestones. One of the most significant achievements was receiving the Certificate of Commendation for passing a major inspection in the 0111 legal field, a testament to my attention to detail and mission-focused mindset. My leadership abilities were further recognized as I became a part of the Marine Corps Honor Funeral Team in New York, a role that taught me the profound importance of honor and respect. Transitioning from the military to civilian life, I found a new passion in real estate, inspired by my partner, Gregg Lindsay. Together at Luxe Living Group, LLC, We are not just participating in the Houston real estate market; we are transforming it. Our approach prioritizes changing lives over closing deals, building lasting relationships, and serving clients with dedication.
