About Brian
Brian's lifelong love affair with architecture and building was sparked at a young age. Having grown up in Historic Pasadena, a city with rich architectural history, he was exposed to some of the most prominent architects in the industry. This experience, coupled with growing up as a contractor and woodworkers son, sealed his creative passion.
In 1996, Brian carried these passions with him to SF, where he started a wood working business building bespoke furniture as well as building and restoring dozens of homes. In the process, he learned the ins and outs of the City's building and planning department. Brian was also an active partner in several LLP's, where he forged strong relationships with lenders, appraisers, title companies, surveyors, real estate attorneys and gained firsthand knowledge of shorthand sales, probates, court sales, and TIC's. Brian holds both a general and electrical contractor license in the state of California.
As a Real Estate agent, Brian is able to combine his knowledge, passions and skills to provide the best experience for his clients. He will help you find that diamond in the rough and guide you in transforming it into your dream home.
