About Brian
Brian Anderson (Realtor®) is a third generation San Francisco native who originally entered the real estate profession as a weekend warrior—purchasing and remodeling properties as a hobby and investment strategy. Soon, his passion for real estate inspired him to set aside his responsibilities as a National Sales Executive at a Fortune 50 company, and, in 2004, he became a licensed realtor. In his first year in the business, Brian was awarded Rookie of the Year, and since then has facilitated hundreds of real estate transactions on behalf of his clients in the San Francisco, Emeryville, Oakland, and Marin County markets.
Augmenting his real estate experience as an investor and Realtor, Brian has also worked with Holliday Development, one of the Bay Area’s iconic loft-developers, to redevelop industrial spaces in Emeryville and West Oakland into live-work lofts and LEED certified townhomes. Further feeding his passion for transforming properties, in 2014 he co-founded a residential construction company.
Brian is an avid reader of history, business, and economics, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for two privately held companies. He is also a co-Founder and Treasurer of the non-profit SEL (School of Environmental Leadership), a public high school magnet program focusing on integrated, project-based learning.
When not pursuing real estate opportunities for his clients, Brian can be found enjoying the outdoors, volunteering in the community, and enjoying time with his wife and their three daughters.
Brian has built a reputation for his unparalleled level of service and professionalism. When you work with Brian, you’ll be with an agent who is connected, organized, honest, and deeply experienced.
“Brian is one of those rare agents who can help people across the real estate spectrum—from the experienced commercial investor to the regular homebuyer like me. I think what it comes down to is that he truly cares about people and seems to thoroughly enjoy what he does.” - Georgia T. (client)
