During his tenure as the Manager of Commercial Leasing for the Estate of Sol Goldman, Brett was responsible for the administration and leasing of a 10 Million square foot portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets. In administrating the portfolio, some of his notable transactions included the Elie Saab flagship location at 860 Madison Avenue, which set a record on Madison Avenue for price paid per square foot, Chick-fil-A’s 12,000 sf flagship located at 711 Lexington Avenue, and American Eagle’s entrance into the Bloomingdales Market on 714 Lexington Avenue. In addition, Brett has served as the Director at Robert K. Futterman and Associates and was instrumental in representing well-known brands such as Gamestop, G-Star Raw, and Smoothie King and additional national tenants in their tri-state rollout and/or expansion. This also encompassed representing landlords in achieving their leasing requirements, including Atlantic Development Group, World Wide Group, Broad Street Development, and Crown Acquisitions.
