About Brett
Being a real estate agent is not just a job for me — it’s my life-long dream,” says Brett Eaglstein. As Vice President of Luxury Sales for The Carroll Group at Compass, Brett serves Palm Beach County, Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Monroe County - in other words, all of South Florida. His goal is to be his clients’ “one stop shop” for any and all of their South Florida real estate needs.
There are close to 50,000 real estate agents in South Florida, so Brett, who has more than a decade of sales experience, knows if he wants to be successful, he needs to out-work and out-hustle the competition. “As a former high school and collegiate athlete,” he says, “my work ethic and desire for perfection push me every day.” Knowing that buying or selling a home will be one of the most important transactions of his clients’ life, Brett strives to make himself accessible to them whenever they need him, even if that requires working weekends, holidays or answering phone calls in the middle of the night.
Both Brett’s wife and his father are physicians. Because he admires them for always putting the needs of their patients ahead of their own, Brett seeks to emulate them by always making the needs of his real estate clients his first priority as well. “To fully understand my clients’ motivation to buy and/or sell, I immerse myself in their likes, dislikes, desires, hobbies, and future plans,” says Brett. “This enables me to be a more effective advocate for their needs and act in their best interests 100 percent of the time.”
Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Brett double majored in and Marketing at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he also met his future wife, Emily. Following graduation, he moved to New York City to work for Bloomberg LP, and quickly found himself managing a 12-person team and earning countless awards for his achievements, including MVP two years in a row. Away from work, Brett enjoys golf, boating, hiking, biking, all forms of exercising, traveling, and spending time with his wife, , and friends.
