She has extensive knowledge of the locale and was able to give us crucial advice as to what systems in our home were in possible violation of building department requirements so that we could take remedial action in anticipation of an inspection. She has an innate ability to put herself in the prospective homeowner's mindset and zone in on what parts of the house we needed to repair, renovate, or replace. She has an uncanny ability to read people and so very respectfully and gently encouraged us to make somewhat costly repairs and renovations which would help justify our sales price target. When we balked about the extra cost of staging she was able to negotiate a lower price and actually brought some of her own items, carrying them up steep stairs to renovate an empty tiny bedroom into an "office". She kept us informed every step of the way and was tireless in her positive attitude during the negotiation process. Brenda is highly intelligent, persistent, patient, and diligent. She is also very knowledgeable about the mortgage loan process and keeps track of the prospective purchasers' progress in that regard.
