About Breezy

Breezy, a second-generation Jackson native, has an in-depth knowledge of the valley and its surrounding areas. Raised in a family of local business owners, she’s witnessed Jackson’s growth and transformation firsthand. Her passion lies in helping others discover the charm of Jackson and find their own place to call home. Since joining her husband, Brooks Woodfin, in 2019, the duo has achieved over $138 million in real estate sales.

Breezy’s love for the outdoors reflects the Jackson lifestyle. In the summer, she enjoys camping, hiking, and floating down the Snake River with Brooks and their dogs, Skid and Ziggy, or jet boating on local waters. During the winter months, you’ll often find her skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort or skinning up Snow King.

A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Breezy spent a year living and working in Aspen, CO, before returning to Jackson. Her career has also included roles in medical sales and as a retail buyer in Little Rock, AR. In addition to her real estate expertise, Breezy & her Husband Brooks, own and operate a local gym, Gym22.

The Virginian Lodge and RV Park have been owned and managed by the same local family for 56 years. The Virginian opened in 1965 and has kept its Wyoming heritage. With 170 guest rooms, 103 RV sites, an outdoor heated pool, and hot tub, the famous Virginian Saloon, 5,000 square foot convention center, and the best breakfast in Jackson Hole, the Virginian has welcomed visitors from all over the world with local hospitality.
