"As first time home buyers navigating the real estate market during COVID-19, Brea was nothing short of amazing! Her organization kept us on track the entire time and made buying a home as stress free as possible. We had difficulty with our mortgage lender throughout the process (which was NOT the mortgage lender Brea recommended), and Brea remained flexible and eased our anxieties especially when we had to change our closing 15 minutes before we were expecting to close. Brea also made the inspection/negotiation process easy. She provided great insight.
