    Brandon Goethals, founder, owner, and realtor at The File Group, has been serving the Orange County area for five years. Born and raised in Northern California, Brandon has always called the West Coast home. The weather is a major perk of living here, but the people and community created are just as bright.

    Brandon spent many of his years in the golf industry, both as a player and coach. He is a former professional golfer and collegiate golf coach. Throughout his years in the golf industry, Brandon secured 4 Conference championships, 3 NCAA Regional Championships, and 3 NCAA Final Four trophies. Brandon also worked for the PGA Tour as head of sales for the Northern Trust Open. After spending most of his life in sports, five years ago his wife convinced him to start a real estate company. This was just the right type of encouragement Brandon needed to start The File Group, a successful real estate agency based out of Corona del Mar.

    The mentality that Brandon and his business operate from sets him apart from others. With everything they do, Brandon is always striving for that next level. This includes how he treats his clients, their consistent communication, and tools that help them sell homes quicker. Everything they do is executed at a high level, providing their client’s true value. This value and competitive drive extend beyond real estate, as one might imagine, including how they provide value to their clients and SOI.

    Brandon and The File Group are unique as they work with everyone and anyone looking to buy and sell a home. The joy of helping a first-time buyer find their space is incredible, and so is working with clients that are selling their 26 million dollar home. Brandon and his team have experience on every level, guaranteeing their clients next-level service throughout each step. By using this mentality and passion, Brandon and his team have been able to crush their 2021 annual goal of over 100 million dollars in sales after just five years in the industry.

    When Brandon isn’t leveling up his skills or his business, he enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Janelle have three children and two dogs. Their young and active family is often busy with sports, but Brandon wouldn’t have it any other way. With golf being such a large part of Brandon's life, he likes to stay involved. They are members of the Santa Ana Country Club, where they enjoy spending time with friends. Brandon loves the community aspect that the area offers, so he and his family like to get involved and give back.
