"Brad is so friendly and warm; I’m glad he shepherded us through relocating to Atlanta from the SF Bay Area. He is a true southern gentleman with metropolitan hustle. He showed strong communication and follow up from before we met, when we were still remote, through escrow and closing. Touring homes with him was fun! On our first day together he showed us a wide range of neighborhoods, which really helped us zero-in on where we wanted to end up. He was very hands-on with tours and made them all efficient but enjoyable. He offered many milestone check-ins through the sale of our Bay Area house and new Atlanta home. His encouraging messages were so meaningful during a big transition. Brad has an infectious positive attitude but was honest and direct. He fiercely advocated for us as buyers. He also educated us on the Atlanta market and buying process. I strongly recommend Brad for any folks relocating to Atlanta." - Haley Blythe

"Brad sold my condo in Buckhead for me and helped me find a townhome in Brookhaven to purchase. He took time to listen to what I was looking for in a home and provided his recommendations around area (he really knows Atlanta well!). I felt no pressure at all when going through the buying process - he respected my budget and did not push me to make an offer until I loved the house. Similarly, he respected what I wanted to sell my condo for and advised on what was realistic in the market. During the negotiation process, he was transparent in his advice and we were able to sell at a number I was very happy with.
Brad was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and concerns - he was available via text, phone and email whenever he was needed. I am pretty high strung and he never made me feel like I was annoying him when I reached out. I could also tell Brad built positive relationships with the other brokers we were dealing with during the selling and buying processes as they provided him honest feedback and were responsive to him so I could get answers quickly.
I absolutely recommend Brad! He was so easy to work with and so responsive. He provides honest opinions that are important during the process and I fully trusted him. And he's fun to be around too during a sometimes stressful process!

"My husband and I worked with Bradford Keck to buy a home in the Atlanta area. Having bought and sold several houses in the past, I can easily say that he is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. I feel like he got to know us and what we were looking for before trying to sell us something. He really listened to our needs about size, location, price, layout, and specifics, such as updated kitchen and bathrooms, large closets, etc. He had a lot of knowledge about the areas of the city we were looking, school districts, shopping and restaurants, and what the commute to work will be. While visiting individual properties, he made sure we got a thorough look at everything, going into basements and crawl spaces, making sure there were no areas for concern. He was extremely helpful when we were negotiating the price and the home inspection details, as well as helping us work out the details of securing a mortgage. He was very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Highly professional, would recommend to anyone looking in the Atlanta area." - Matthew Fawcett & Sarah Smith

"Bradford did an amazing job throughout the entire process. Our discussion regarding my goals for selling my home and the information he brought to the table was great. The photos he had taken for the listing were instrumental in foot traffic. He communicated throughout the time my home was on the market. Bradford was so well organized.
Not only did he sell my home, but helped another client buy a home in our neighborhood. I have recommended him to a neighbor who has also interviewed him for a potential listing.
I would highly recommend Bradford to anyone looking to list their home and are looking to buy a home.

"Brad helped me buy my first home, and he helped it be as stress-free and fun as possible! He was always available to me and encouraged me to call or text him at any time if I had any questions. When you’re looking at homes, he’s very organized and good at working with your schedule. I never felt pressured into anything, and he seemed like he was having a blast looking at all the homes with me. Highly recommend!" - Parker Ellison
