Brad Farran

Driven by a passion for hospitality, Brad brings nearly two decades of experience in delivering exceptional client service through his easy, unpretentious manner and client-guided approach.

Brad’s wealth of knowledge about the Triangle complemented by his skills as a participative, involved team player and innovative counselor make him an ideal partner when looking to buy or sell a home.

A Philadelphia native, Brad moved to Raleigh in 2002 after graduating from Skidmore College. After launching a small record label, he was bitten by the mixology bug, which led him to New York City. He thrived there, lending his many talents to world-renowned cocktail establishments, Clover Club, and Death & Co. 

Trading nights for days, Brad settled back in the Triangle in 2014, where he lives in Chapel Hill with his daughter and their dog, Tilly. He enjoys rucking, hiking, disc golfing, birding, word puzzles, and Y Guides. His favorite color is green, and he is a Leo.
