Brad Brunoehler

Brad has been a resident of Cherry Hill, New Jersey since 2019 and prior to that he was based in south Philadelphia from 2013. Before settling in the area Brad had lived and worked overseas in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Singapore and Shanghai (China) for over 15 years. He is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese. 

When it comes to relocating from overseas or state to state, Brad has first hand experience and can help you navigate the various challenges accordingly. Along with a passion for helping people find their dream home or investment, Brad brings a wide range of local community knowledge to support his clients. A key factor in joining The Moriuchi Group was the first in class technology, expansive company network of clients and COMPASS VIP programs such as Concierge or Private Exclusives.   

Previously Brad worked as a commercial sales director for DHL and other leading supply chain companies across the world. He has seamlessly transitioned from a successful career in logistics to the dynamic world of real estate. One of the most attractive aspects of settling down near Philadelphia was the abundance of parks and museums for children, availability of top tier schools and of course the fantastic restaurants. 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Brad enjoys playing basketball and watching football.  At home Brad cherishes quality time with his young son who is 4 years old and full of non-stop energy.
