Brad Bradburn is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) with a 14-year proven track record. As one of Austin's top listing agents, he is relentless in consuming the Real Estate market and technology trends to represent his clients to the highest level. Today's Real Estate environment demands system-oriented processes to execute proper due diligence to help buyers and sellers achieve their lifestyle and real estate goals.
Prior to having a career in real estate, Brad was a recording artist and marketing director for an independent music label, Bean Pie Music. Marketing a record label and marketing real estate have many things in common. Among them, passion, persistence, and the ability to build a team that can get the job done. Learning a lot from that experience, Brad knows how important it is to have a strong network of creative professionals to develop a product that is worthy of "gold record" status.
