"My husband and I worked with Doug for a year - 9 months looking for our home; 3 months from offer to closing. When we started the process, we knew nothing about Boston real estate and next to nothing about the various Boston neighborhoods. About Douglas
Doug is a New England native and has been living in Boston since 2005. Following a brief stint analyzing stats for the Red Sox, he became a full-time real estate agent in 2006. In 2017, Doug and his brother Pat partnered together at Compass as Miller & Company.

Doug graduated from Skidmore College in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics, and a minor in Studio Art. Doug's background allows him to carefully analyze changing economic conditions and help his clients understand the underlying principles of the real estate market. His artistic eye helps buyers envision the potential in prospective properties, and helps sellers maximize their return.

Doug prides himself on providing transparent and straightforward advice and utilizes all of the best technology to ensure a streamlined process for his clients from start to finish.

Doug currently resides in the Back Bay with his wife Dorsey, an interior designer, and their two children. 

Doug is an active participant in the Back Bay and South End neighborhoods. You may find him with his family at one of the many fantastic playgrounds around the city, exploring state parks, eating out, or cheering for local sports teams.
