Experienced real estate professionals who have earned a reputation as close listeners and trustworthy sources, Lora and Bill are tireless and possess the heart, grit, and work ethic needed to deliver top-notch results for each of their clients. They have sold residential and commercial properties throughout New York City and they create customized strategies to achieve the unique goals of their sellers.
Lora is a resident of the Financial District where she enjoys the unparalleled sense of history, stunning architecture, and convenient access it provides to so many other interesting neighborhoods. Bill’s home is in the West Village where he’s lived for over 12 years. While their business encompasses all of Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn, they have a particular expertise in downtown neighborhoods including Greenwich Village, West Village, NoHo, East Village, Tribeca, SoHo, Lower East Side, and the Financial District.
Bill is a passionate world traveler who has visited more than 35 countries on six continents. When he’s not exploring the streets of New York City he enjoys pursuing adventures nearby or in a far-flung corner of the globe, from scuba diving in Micronesia to sailing through Central America, or cycling through Europe.
Originally from Cordova, Alaska, Lora has lived in California, Oregon, and Arizona, as well as New York. Her diverse entrepreneurial background includes having worked as a paralegal, owning her own businesses—a restaurant and a dog daycare boarding facility—and founding a non-profit organization. The professionalism, organizational skills and attention to detail she has honed in each of these leadership roles serves her well in the fast- paced world of New York real estate.
Above all a dog lover, Lora volunteers with several animal rescue groups, including Rescuzilla and The Bully Project, as well as for Animal Care and Control of Manhattan.
Together, Lora and Bill have complimentary skill- sets and experience, and they’ve built extensive relationships with a large network of potential buyers. Working as a team, one of them is always available to you and to potential buyers. They work tirelessly to achieve the best results for their clients and they’re confident you will be pleased with the service they provide.
