"Bobby is an extremely friendly, responsive and highly professional agent. I have been working with him for over a year. He stuck with me through the difficult sale of my first house. He helped me coordinate all of the repairs and painting and even helped me get a line of credit so that none of it would come out of my pocket until after the sale. Then, once we sold the house after listing it for over a year, he helped me find my dream home. However, at the very last minute just before the closing I got a much better offer for my loan so I essentially nuked the closing at the 11th hour and asked for an extension. I explained significant financial impact to me of the new mortgage deal and rather than getting upset like most agents might have, Bobby was in my corner and he helped me smooth it over with the sellers and their agent. I was able to get the new loan and save over 165 k due to the new deal and we were able to get an extension and close without incident. It was an extremely high stress situation and Bobby was always calm and smiling. After I closed on my new home, Bobby gave me referrals for painters, floor guys, and an interior designer. All of them are the best people that I've worked with in those industries. Bobby is the best agent I've ever met. I will be doing all of my real estate deals with him exclusively from now on.
