"We wanted to drop you a line to express our thanks for helping us through the often murky process of buying a second home in Rhode Island. We just spent the weekend at our new house on Moonstone Beach Road – the ocean in the snow is beautiful! It was so peaceful and still in the morning that we could hear the surf from our backyard! We met the neighbors across the street—Jon and Bella (our dog) took a long walk with her and her two dogs across the cornfields that abut the property. About Bob
Bob is one of the most successful agents in the Jamestown, Newport, and South County areas.

Bob has lived in Jamestown all his life. Ambitious from his early years as a local newspaper delivery boy to beginning work at the Conanicut Marina at the age of 13; he quickly proved himself to be a successful individual. During his years with the marina, he acquired his USCG Master License and has assisted many residents and new clients with their marine-related needs as well. Some of these tasks have included the delivery of their vessels to various locations along the eastern seaboard. According to Bill Munger, owner of Conanicut Marina, Bob always met and exceeded customer’s expectations.

Bob continues to meet and exceed clients’ expectations in the real estate field. He is a dedicated professional committed to each client he works with.

Bob is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, and the Newport County Board of Realtors®, where he served on the Board of Directors, previously the Chairman of the Grievance Committee, and has served on the Program Committee. He has served on the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as vice president.
He volunteered on The Jamestown Volunteer Fire Department as a firefighter from 1984 – 2006 and attended firefighting training at the Texas A&M University for extensive marine/shipboard firefighting.

Bob is married to Julia Gerald, a talented RI Architect, whose office is also located in town. They have three beautiful children, John Alden, Calei Grace, and Aidan Kane.
