Blake Simmons

Blake was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN and graduated from the
University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He and his wife moved to Nashville
in 2012. They have called Brentwood, TN home for the past few years.

After personally buying and selling a few properties, he discovered his
love for working in Real Estate. He really enjoyed the process, the
numbers, negotiations, and the opportunities to serve people. He wanted to
learn more and find out if being a REALTOR® would work for him…and he
quickly learned it was a PERFECT fit!

After eight years as a REALTOR®, the aspects that he enjoys the most are
building relationships with clients and fellow industry professionals,
negotiating win-win deals, guiding clients through the process, and having
a front row seat in watching clients increase their wealth and enhance
their family’s future through Real Estate.

When not helping clients, you’ll likely find him spending time with his
wife, Katy, and sons, Jack and Bo. His passions include golfing,
fishing, camping, hiking, traveling, and jogging. 

He also enjoys cheering on the Vols, Titans, and Braves whenever possible.
