"Having Blake represent me in this crazy market as a first time home buyer on a tight budget was the absolute best decision I could have made and I am glad I did. Ok I can go on and on singing his praise, but here are some compelling reasons why you need to get Blake on your side: 1. Trust him. He knows what he is doing. He invests in real estate himself and he has done this a gazillion times before. This was very very important for me 2. He has a very “in your face” attitude (in a good way). This is awesome because if he thinks a house sucks he will tell you irrespective of how much you like it. Of course, the final decision is yours, but I loved that he puts every fact about the house, good and bad, out there so you are better informed before making a decision. 3. He is so friendly and so approachable. I must have called him at least 100 times and not once has he not picked up. Same goes to texts, no matter how busy he is he will get to you and answer your questions. 4. He knows all the old real estate haggle tricks and then some. He’ll get you close to what a winning bid could be. This is very helpful especially in a state like Texas where sale prices are not disclosed. He will talk to the seller and figure out what could be a winning offer and this was very helpful. 5. He will stand by you come rain or shine. I had some last-minute hurdles getting the cash to close wired over and Blake literally offered to take the difference amount off his commission to get the deal closed. He didn't need to do this. He doesn't know me, if this deal fell through he has multiple other clients to cover that, so he wasn't incentivized really, but the fact that he did just meant a lot to me personally. About Blake
Born and raised in the DFW metroplex, Blake graduated with a Bachelor's degree from SMU in 2006 and moved to Los Angeles shortly thereafter to start a decade-long career in the TV/Movie business. After buying, renovating, and selling his first home in 2011 to supplement the ups and downs of the entertainment industry, he became hooked on real estate in a big way. He joined the top-producing Compass team in Northeast Los Angeles, helping buyers, and sellers, and continuing his own remodeling business. Soon after his first child arrived, he decided to get back to his Texas roots and he brought his real estate business to Austin.

With hundreds of transactions over the last 12 years and hundreds of millions in sales, Blake is well equipped to help sellers achieve their highest goals in an up or down market, to help buyers find (or create) a quality product that will compound in value over time, and to help both single-family and multifamily investors source properties with the greatest potential to create the highest return.
