
About Bill
Bill Hynes, Broker and Investment Advisor, is a native Chicagoan. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate with the past 20 years spent as a commercial and residential broker. Prior to that, Bill had positions at Higgins Development Partners working as Development Manager on office and industrial projects throughout the U.S. and at Arthur Andersen, LLP working on commercial portfolio valuations. Bill has a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Bill has focused his efforts on orchestrating value-added sale and lease transactions for his clients, whether he is representing sellers/landlords or buyers/tenants.
