Bill Herbst

In his long real estate career, Bill has sold everything from multi-million dollar Chelsea lofts to Upper East Side penthouses to Greenwich Village studios. Bill's main goal as a broker has always been to focus on his clients' needs - not just for the sake of the deal, but to build an ongoing, trusting relationship. In turn, they've told him they appreciate his "knowledge and enthusiasm," "honest, heartfelt counsel," and "professionalism and commitment."

Bill is a native New Yorker who's lived in Manhattan for over 40 years, with the last 30 in Greenwich Village. After earning his BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania, he worked for an ad agency (on the "I Love New York" account, appropriately) then earned his MBA in Marketing at Fordham University. Afterwards, the many years he worked in publishing and advertising sales developed his ability to effectively market a product. Personally, Bill has owned, renovated, and sold homes New York, the Hamptons and Fire Island.

When Bill isn't working, he's working out, going to the theater, trying new restaurants, visiting museums, running in the park - generally taking advantage of the many recreational and cultural opportunities in Manhattan that makes him proud to call it home.
