Responsible for leading Compass Hawaii and overseeing sales management, Bill works with the entire Compass leadership team in the support, development, and promotion of Compass Hawaii agents in order to expand their business and to reach their goals for continued growth and success.
Before joining Compass, Bill was a top producing sales agent on the East Coast, eventually becoming President of Sales for one of the most recognized brands in luxury real estate. During his tenure, he successfully managed a brokerage operation consisting of over 2500 agents in Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Hamptons, Miami, and Palm Beach.
