Bill Charman is founder and CEO of Gimme Shelter, a boutique real estate agency serving the San Francisco Bay area since 2003. Hailing from a family of brokers who’ve specialized in investment, management and construction since 1938, he combines deep industry expertise with a love the deal.

 Before Gimme Shelter, Bill spent over 14 years in the music business and owned Univibe, a cult guitar shop serving hundreds of underground and national bands. By conservative estimates, he has over 18,000 hours of professional negotiation experience.
