"Congratulations on the outcome and your perseverance and tenacity throughout this difficult 6+ months. Needless to say, Bill, the whole sale process would not have been possible without you. I can't begin to express my thanks for everything you have done. From taking care of my properties over the years to overseeing the various tenants, arranging repairs as needed and and taking charge of the damaged apartment, dealing with the insurance company so many times and keeping the contractors on the case to ensure that the work was carried out in time and to your satisfaction.

This has all been far beyond the call of duty and professional service that anyone could expect from a real estate agent. It's been many years (10+?) since we first met and I still feel bad for taking up so much of your time finding my first property in Chelsea. Unfortunately I’m a slow learner and did the same with the Brooklyn property but nevertheless you were always willing to come and see yet another property, nothing was ever too much trouble for you.  There must have been nearly 100 properties we inspected over the years. So I hope I haven't caused you too much angst or premature ageing. Through it all you retained your sense of humour, gave great advice and counsel and demonstrated a level of  professionalism, service  and loyalty that is beyond anything I have ever encountered from a broker.  

But not only do I greatly value your work but also your friendship Your insights about the state of the US and the world and talks about values and things that matter.  Your honesty, integrity, expertise and loyalty are just some of things that I came to value so much from our relationship.

Bill, I hope that sometime in 2023 we can again go to one of the great restaurants you always find, share a meal, a few drinks and most of all some laughs.  The same of course applies should your travels ever bring you to Australia.
