Prior to real estate, Bianca was a professional dancer and musical theatre performer. Thanks to her artistic training, she has a sharp eye for detail and a habit of seeing things that others might overlook. This talent makes her a genius at staging, and it gives her an almost prescient ability to avoid obstacles and to spot opportunities.
Originally from Baltimore, Bianca moved to New York City nearly 20 years ago. She attended the Baltimore School for the Arts and holds a BFA in dance performance from Marymount Manhattan College with a minor in Business Communications. Today, Bianca resides in Washington Heights with her husband and two daughters. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, a trained sommelier, and an avid international traveler.
