I was previously working with a different real estate agent, CA to TX transplant. However, we were not a good fit. I spoke with a few other agents and through this process found Beverly. We set up an initial call to go over both of our schedules, availability, needs, and bandwidth. This was very important to me, because of timing to find what we wanted and the current market. I knew I needed a FULL TIME real estate agent, not someone with after work hours only. Beverly went above and beyond with putting together comparables, submitting offers in as quickly as needed for this current market.

Another key factor for me was needing someone local, who knew the area and understood where I was coming from to know where I wanted to go and most importantly which areas I wanted to avoid and WHY.
