Client Testimonials
What a pleasure to work with a person that takes her profession seriously and works with GUSTO. Betty has helped us with multiple properties- both buying and selling. She is responsive, insightful and creative. She put so much effort int the sale of our last property and her advice was spot on- netting us more $$ for the property than we expected. If you need a realtor, Betty is the best! - Joe S.

About Betty
We moved to Denver in 1986 and were immediately charmed by its neighborhoods – the livability,
diversity of style, age and affordability – as well as the and friendly atmosphere of the city at large.
We consider ourselves fortunate to live here and have worked over the years to contribute and give
back to such a great city.
I came to the business of Real Estate from a lifetime of interest and involvement in neighborhoods, housing, construction and historic preservation. My first “-save” in the early ‘70’s was a 1840 Second Empire Victorian built by a river-boat captain. I purchased this at a sheriff’s auction for $7,000!
Today I love working with clients to identify vintage properties and help them navigate the process of restoration. I am also a great advocate for the neighborhoods, and over the years have attended countless hearings and city council meetings to speak up for right zoning, historic preservation and neighborhood context. I have helped several clients, as well as my church, through the process of renovating a landmarked historic property.
The business of Real Estate takes us all over the metro area, and over the years I have represented builders and remodelers and a new condo development. But my primary focus has been assisting many clients, both young and old, on their way to home ownership and through life transitions. Most of all, I love working with my clients who become my friends. It is profoundly challenging and satisfying to help them attain their goals, whether buying or selling a home.
Although my husband George has now retired from active real estate work, he now is an invaluable part of my team in terms of experience, perspective and support. His professional experience in marketing and his common-sense approach and advice in managing a transaction are very important contributions to my success. We bring a combined 40 years of experience in the business! I have been awarded the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Roundtable of Excellence 17 of my 19 years in the business.
I am proud to be a Realtor and look forward to utilizing the superior resources of the company to bring more value to my clients in their transactions. I am proud to be part of the Nostalgic Homes Group, as the company was the first to recognize the potential of the Northwest Denver neighborhood in 1985. To this day we carry on the tradition of civic engagement and support for all that is Northwest Denver.
