About Beth
Buying, selling or renting a home in New York City can be stressful. Beth’s knowledge and experience in the minefield that is NYC real estate takes the stress out of the process. She has done business in every Manhattan neighborhood and parts of Brooklyn, and is a resident specialist at Lincoln Towers, an oasis in the heart of the Upper West Side, where she lives.
A native New Yorker, Beth has resided in Manhattan on the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan for most of her adult life. She also spent 16 years overseas in Warsaw, London and Singapore. She relocated her family from the U.S. to Europe to Asia and back, so she understands the challenges of moving and making a new home. “I give my clients, whether they are from overseas or across town, the support I wish I had during my relocations. My dedication and focus are unwavering to ensure that their experience is complete and fully satisfying.”
Beth holds a BFA in Fine Arts and Art History from Hunter College, plus studied Environmental Design at Pratt Institute. Her background in advertising sales for Family Circle and McCall’s magazines and in design helps her serve clients effectively, and stage apartments beautifully. A licensed real estate professional in New York since 2007, Beth went on to obtain her designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert. She knows the ins and outs of transactions and prepares “exceptional board packages” that get her clients approved.
Her other involvements over the years have included serving as president and founding member of American Friends in Warsaw, a board member of St. John’s Wood Woman’s Club in London, a Docent for the Singapore Art Museum, and board member for the Friends of Museums in Singapore. For fun Beth enjoys skiing in winter, beaching in summer, art, theatre, Pilates, and traveling when she can. She is the proud mother of two grown daughters and an adorable rescue pup Rocky.
