"Beth Shuman is in one word - AMAZING. We sold our house in Ashland and selected Beth as our Realtor after vetting several Realtors and agencies in the area. The sale was complicated by (1) we had relocated to Missouri and 2) we put the house on the market in December. In our very first meeting, she brought a full market analysis and walked us through her marketing strategy. Based on marketing comps, Beth suggested a price range that made sense. Beth also did a walkthrough with us and suggested updates and other nuanced touch-ups to make the house sparkle. We followed her advice. From start to finish Beth ushered us through the process in a very thorough, professional, and gracious manner. Within a short time, the house sold; closed in January. Beth is welcoming, warm, enthusiastic, experienced, highly communicative, and seemingly available 24/7. She is resourceful and remains calm in adversity. For example, we had a last-minute hiccup with smoke detector wiring in the garage. Within a few hours, an electrician was found and made the repair. This was all Beth’s doing. Beth paid for it (and other incidentals) on her credit card which she was reimbursed at closing. Beth recommended a photographer for marketing photos and a real estate attorney -- both were equally competent and communicative. The house sale was all done remotely with much texting and evening phone calls. Because the house was vacant, Beth took excellent care of our home. She checked it regularly even during the Christmas holidays for heat and potential plumbing issues. None occurred.
