"Being first timers, this was like learning a new language but Beth made it so easy and fluid for us. This whole process has been amazingly positive thanks to Beth's expertise, patience, organization, and responsiveness. She made an incredibly stressful, huge decision more manageable by listening to us, getting our feedback, and then putting that information towards the step. Her can-do attitude and her ultimate goal to make sure we found the right home that made us happy makes Beth really special! We seriously cannot recommend Beth enough." - Christine & Graham
About Beth
Beth Lytwynec was drawn to real estate by her profound and unique appreciation for creating a home of one's own. As a former professional opera singer, she has spent long stretches of time on the road, so she knows how important being in one's special nest is.
Beth realizes that buying or selling real estate almost always accompanies a major life transition, and she's proud and honored to guide clients through the process. As a performer, she knows how to connect with people while being attuned to their emotions and needs. As a realtor, she uses that same careful focus to create an experience that is stress-free, supportive and, above all, successful.
Beth earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in opera performance from The Boston Conservatory. She also studied at Temple University's Real Estate Institute, and she holds a certificate in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT, a management course focused on problem-solving through understanding customer needs.
Originally from upstate New York, Beth resides in Philadelphia's Filter Square. When she's not hard at work, you might find her spending time with her dog in Schuylkill River Park, biking, practicing yoga, and catching up with family and friends.
