Bernie Goodman

Bernie Goodman is the consummate people person. Over the last five years, Bernie has helped over 100 buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions. With a degree in Real Estate and Finance from Indiana University, he has extensive knowledge of real estate finance, with an emphasis on lending, negotiating and finalizing transactions. A goal-oriented and driven agent, he persists until he has been successful finding his clients their perfect home or selling their home for the highest possible amount. Whether he’s assisting first-time buyers in finding their entry into the real estate market, or helping sellers get top dollar, Bernie’s empathetic passion for people and homes shines through. He loves building relationships with clients, and always remembers that there are people and a story behind every transaction. By understanding clients’ needs, Bernie offers straightforward and illuminating advice at the right time, empowering people to make informed decisions about their future. In his spare time, Bernie enjoys being with his wife, Brittany and two young kids, Leon and London. He also enjoys working out and taking Peloton classes!
