About Benjamin

Ben holds real estate licenses in Indiana and Tennessee. He is an Acredited Buyer's Representaive and Seller Representative Specialist with contract experience in relocations, land, contract assignments, USDA, VA, and multiple offers for both list and buyer sides. Serving primarily in Williamson and Davidson counties, he has achieved a 5-star, Best of Zillow rating, developed numerous repeat clients, and produced over $19.2 million in his career to date, independent of his contributions to team related transactions.

Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, where he attended college at USI (University of Southern Indiana), Ben earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, and implemented that degree at both Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana as well as in concierge caregiving. Ben has held jobs across diverse industries from construction and sales to home automation integration installer, early symptom intervention specialist and even commercial property management of up to 1 million square feet of retail and office complexes. This unique background in prior work experience has helped to create strong skillsets which serve his client's well. Ben’s prowess for negotiating extends well beyond his years in real estate to rival veterans of industry.

From a young age, Ben has always had a desire to serve people and still revels in the opportunity to spend time with others while assisting in any project big or small. His compass leading up to his real estate career was always the customers he served and aimed at creating the best possible experience for them. Ben developed a passion for real estate at a young age while touring open houses with his father as an after church activity. During his time as a concierge caregiver in Indiana, Ben stepped back into the real estate world, this time with residential at the forefront, when he joined the team at FC Tucker Emge in Evansville. He was able to combine his passions of both real estate and serving others, in one career.

Ben's wife (and high school sweetheart) Courtney, works as a Senior Treasury Manager in Cash Management for Nissan Americas at their headquarters in Cool Springs. She handles various aspects of Treasury and Corporate Finance including managing corporate liquidity and payments, coordinating cash management and free cash flow alignment and reporting activities for the Americas region (operations throughout North & South America), and various corporate banking projects. Ben and Courtney have two daughters. The oldest daughter, Morgan, who attends Williamson County schools, is part of the WCS Gifted program, and is on the varsity tennis team, and youngest daughter Bailey is busy keeping her family on their toes.

“My goal is to lead with professionalism, make friends of my clients while serving their interests ahead of all else, in order to create lifelong relationships and an enduring legacy for my daughters.”
