About Benjamin
Benjamin started investing in real estate in 2013 as the market began coming out of the sub-prime mortgage crisis. After experiencing the benefits of homeownership, his passion grew to helping clients find the perfect location coupled with breathtaking design to exactly fit their vision for a home.
As a Santa Monica native, Benjamin has been front row to the market evolution in one of the most desirable places to live.
With a focus on fostering long-lasting relationships and making the home-buying or selling process as seamless as possible, Benjamin is committed to being the real estate partner you can trust. Before becoming a real estate agent, Benjamin was a photojournalist at various newspapers in Oregon and South Dakota before returning home to work for NPR.
After six years, Benjamin transitioned to starting an Direct to Consumer e-commerce brand that services customers throughout California. And most recently, helping homeowners transition to clean energy through installing solar systems on their homes.
Benjamin’s daily passions include CrossFit, wellness and healthy cooking. He enjoys any activity outdoors, spending time with his parents and visiting his sister’s mini-farm in Northern California.
